When drinking we often forget to stay hydrated, take supplements, set wake-up time etc. We created an easy to use and set-up robust app to make it as easy as possible. Now you can easily add your own reminders, whatever matters to you the most and helps you to drink a bit smarter!
1. Download and open the app.
2. Choose from default reminders or ad your own.
3. Choose the interval time between the notifications.
4. Add next morning wakeup time.
5. You’re done
