This is a scam. You were directed to this app because you searched for something on Google and this happened to be the first result. Do not install this app. Do not use this app. Do not subscribe to anything in this app. This is a terrible app. This is a scam.There is nothing fast and easy about this app. From the moment I’ve started all I want is to connect the printer to WiFi. From ads for subscription services to tutorials on how to use the app, to claims about fast setup, to the pop up for me to review this terrible app before I’ve had the opportunity to do with it what I need, this is terrible UX.

I signed up for the free trial and decided I didn’t need the app within the appropriate time frame for cancellation. I was charged the full amount, twice. They double charged me when they shouldn’t have charged me at all. I attempted to dispute and was ignored with zero explanation. I thought they were a reputable app but apparently not.Edit: it’s funny that all their responses say to contact them via email to assist but I’ve been emailing the address they stated 3 times now for last three weeks with no response.

Why in gods name do I have to pay for a subscription to use a printer? I bought a printer for home use. I don’t want some subscription service—I want to print pretty pictures of my little pony and post them on my office cork board. I don’t want to connect to some random printer and get some kind of printer STI Herpes from a strange printer. I will be returning this printer.
