Love seeing my benefits info all in one place

This app is great for seeing real time info about my employer benefit plans. Current 401k balance, number of PTO days used/remaining, current medical deductible ... all the important stuff I need to know but can never find on the different administrator websites with different passwords. Plus, the drug cost search is amazing! I found out I can get one of my prescriptions WAY cheaper at a pharmacy that’s only a couple miles from where I typically have them filled. Love the company messages from my employer letting me know about special activities and events only offered to employees with this app.

Access to Telemedicine Doctor!

So happy my employer gives us SmartBen NOW for our benefits. It has one click to a virtual doctor visit and my coverage details. My son, who lives near his college, has symptoms and was able to quickly speak to a provider and get advice without risk of spreading a virus. That was a relief. Thank you!

Smart Ben could be smarter

To enroll it was great. Very user friendly however once enrolled I didn’t see anywhere that I had insurance/ was actually enrolled. I only got a medical card in the mail and when I called the dental insurance company listed on the app they said they didn’t have me registered. I think once enrolled the app should also include the corresponding member numbers or have some sort of confirmation that enrollment is successful and that the benefits are now in effect.
