Description
smartbiz mobile is the lite version of smartbiz online, a business tool that can be used as a job management system, or just for selected tasks such as costing, quoting, invoicing, timesheets, scheduling or forms. Pay for what you use, with a monthly cap to ensure that costs can’t get out of control.
smartbiz mobile is designed for field staff who wish to use compact devices, such as smartphones and small tablets, and/or need an app that will work when disconnected from the internet. Available functions include jobs, timesheets, forms and maps.
A business can mix and match smartbiz online and smartbiz mobile, provided there is at least one smartbiz online user:
• smartbiz online suits office staff, who log jobs, quote, schedule work and invoice customers, and managers who want to run the business and work from out of the office.
• smartbiz mobile suits field staff who receive jobs, do the work, optionally filling out forms, and then return the jobs and their timesheets to the office.
