Awful App - Never works - Support is not helpful
*** Updated review for OSX El Capitan: App has now become completely useless. Opens then freezes and needs to be force closed. App hasn’t been updated since 2013. PLEASE UPDATE THIS APP!!! ***
This app never works correctly. If I can connect on my desktop, I cannot connect remotely. If I can connect on my iPad, I can’t connect on anything else. It’s always something. Whenever there is any kind of Apple update, this software takes months to catch up and become somewhat useful again. Not once have I been able to connect remotely. I have spent hours on the phone with their tech support to no avail.
Doesn’t work — support site is non existent
The menu box where you enter the Device ID is grayed out and not available.
The support link takes you the FirstAlert main page and there is no software support page at all that I can find therein.
