With SmartCookie.App, your children must earn screen time by completing educational questions.
Whether your child spends too much time on their devices or is having difficulties keeping up in school, SmartCookie.App allows you the parent to be in control while encouraging learning.
CONTROL
Block or limit specific apps, all apps, or entire devices through SmartCookie.App - even remotely. You’re in control, while also allowing your child the freedom of earning their screen time by completing educational content.
LEARN
In order to unblock their device, your child needs to earn “cookies” by completing educational content. They can earn “cookies” by learning different languages (including Mandarin, Spanish, French, and many others), working on reading comprehension, solving math problems, and much more.
With a nearly unlimited library of educational content for children from grades pre-K to 3rd grade, there’s always something new for your child to learn through SmartCookie.App.
CUSTOMIZE
A learning profile is created for each child that tracks their progress in each learning subject. Through AI, each child receives a customized subject lesson plan that automatically adjusts its difficulty with precision based on your child’s progress.
REWARD
After earning “cookies” by completing educational content on SmartCookie.App, your child can reward themselves by exchanging these cookies for screen time.
MOTIVATE
Make learning fun. Your child is able to select the subjects they’d like to learn and improve upon to regain their screen time.
SET UP
SmartCookie.App works on both iOS and iPad devices and is a single app for parents and kids. No account creation is required, and it only takes a few minutes to get SmartCookie.App up and running.
Due to Apple’s restrictions, SmartCookie.App will only function if your device is using an Apple ID profile of a child under 13. If you do not already have an Apple ID profile for your child, you can easily set this up in minutes by following Apple’s guide: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201084.

A must have for every parent!
Smart Cookie gives me peace of mind knowing that my daughter is enjoying screen time with educational benefits. Easy to install and non intrusive this app is a must have for every parent. I don’t know why parents would give their kids unchecked screen time without Smart Cookie!
Wasted a dollar
I have no idea how this app is supposed to work. Maybe this is the child’s device app but there’s no instruction on how to control it. I tried to use it after downloading and it tried to lock me out of all my apps unless I provided a PIN that it didn’t require me to set before requiring it. The option to create the PIN then showed up but was greyed out (because I hadn’t entered the PIN that didn’t exist yet.) I don’t have time to waste with this app. Maybe it’s great and I’m just not smart enough to figure it out. But I think it’s just a terribly made app.
Great idea
I really like how this is different from the parental control apps I’ve seen, where the child feels like the parent doesn’t, or shouldn’t, have reason to trust them and interfere with their privacy. I also like how this one promotes learning
