SmartDrive Protect is an AI and video-based safety service that enables commercial fleets to save lives, save money, and protect their brand by exonerating drivers and closing claims quickly. SmartDrive Protect Companion accompanies the service, providing drivers with insights to their safe driving performance and assisting technicians with installation and management of the SmartDrive Protect devices in their vehicles. Capabilities include:

- Viewing a driver's safe driving performance scorecard and other analytics
- Facilitating coaching and collaboration between drivers and their managers
- Viewing individual incidents
- Sensing and connecting to SmartDrive Protect devices to support installation and optimization of camera placement
- Accessing device diagnostics to troubleshoot issues in real time
