Een e-mailadres volstaat om Smarteca te gebruiken. De gegevens om u aan te melden op Smarteca zijn dezelfde als degene die u gebruikt op shop.wolterskluwer.be om uw boeken aan te kopen.
Bent u uw logingegevens vergeten? Vraag via de loginpagina van Smarteca een nieuw wachtwoord aan via de link „Wachtwoord vergeten”.

Version 8.4.0
De update bevat een nieuwe functie waarmee gebruikers de status van pushmeldingen kunnen bekijken vanuit de apparaatinstellingen in de app, en een bugfix die het probleem verhelpt van het niet ontvangen van pushmeldingen wanneer de apparaatinstellingen meldingen hadden uitgeschakeld.

WK needs to get their act together
Purchased an e-book on the WK site. Received my confirmation email with a link to download (and confirming my account name) and instructions to download this app. The app instructions takes you to a customer service query page (which they have yet to respond to after 4 days), and the app, which I finally found in the App Store doesn’t recognize my account. Finally, I’ve already been charged for the e-book. Seriously?
WK, as a publisher who doesn’t share some of your content with large book sellers like Amazon, please get your act together!
