The app crashes every time you try to look at mobile usage
App needs lots of work
The app is basically only useful for checking your balance. Most of the pages don’t have a “back” button, so in order to go back you need to swipe up to close the app and re-open it again to go back to the main menu. For the live chat, sending a message is annoying: when you hit enter to send the message, it takes the cursor away and closes your keyboard but doesn’t send the message, then you need to press on the typing spot again and hit enter again in order to send the message. Also, I tried several times to add value to my SIM on the app and website but my payment didn’t go through due to it being “busy”. SmarTone needs to spend some time to work out these really annoying glitches.
