We were never able to access our comments before. With the app we know what people are saying and it is very helpful!

New update is much slower

I primarily use this app to read through customer comments, but opening each survey response now takes longer than the previous version. In addition to that they removed the arrow navigation to go from one response to the next, so now I need to go back to the list of responses and find where I left off because it does not even clear the ones that I’ve read already.

I’d settle for being able to read the whole comment from the main list and mark as read….but if I need to open the review to read it, please make it load faster.

New update….

As someone who used this app daily, if I could give this new app less than 1 star, I would. It’s like it wasn’t even completed before it was released. Can no longer see full celebration alerts without logging on the website, can no longer go to the next comment using a simple arrow, can no longer see which locations have less than 30 surveys, can no longer do SO many simple things the previous app could do that made all the difference. Nothing works as it should. So many updates needed to fix this.
