SMOU és l’app que t’ajuda a moure’t per Barcelona i l’Àrea Metropolitana, posant a la teva disposició informació i serveis de mobilitat per facilitar els teus desplaçaments.

Amb SMOU tens a les teves mans:
- Bicing: planifica la teva ruta, reserva i agafa les bicicletes. Amb SMOU, podràs reservar-ne una i veure la disponibilitat de bicicletes i ancoratges en temps real.
- Parquímetre: paga l’estacionament a les places Blaves i Verdes de manera àgil, còmoda i des del teu cotxe. Pagaràs només pel temps que utilitzis, sense costos extres ni comissions. El pots utilitzar a Barcelona, Badalona, Castelldefels, El Prat de Llobregat, Esplugues de Llobregat, Gavà, l’Hospitalet de Llobregat, Montgat, Sant Boi de Llobregat, Santa Coloma de Gramenet, Sant Joan Despí, Sant Just Desvern i Sant Vicenç dels Horts.
- Residents Barcelona: paga i gestiona els tiquets per estacionar com a resident a les places Verdes i/o a les places exclusives per a residents.
- Pàrquing via app: accedeix als aparcaments de la ciutat amb el sistema de lectura de matrícula, sense haver d’agafar tiquet de paper. Ja no et caldrà anar al caixer, pagaràs l’estada a través del mòbil! A més, només per pagar amb l’app, t’estalvies un 30% sobre el preu de tarifa als Aparcaments BSM!
- Taxi: reserva i paga el teu taxi amb l’app i mou-te per la ciutat de manera sostenible amb la flota de Taxi Ecològic 100% elèctrica i híbrida.
-Endolla Barcelona: recarrega el teu vehicle elèctric des del mòbil. A més, podràs localitzar i reservar els punts de recàrrega amb antelació.
- Vehicles de mobilitat compartida: localitza i consulta la disponibilitat de tots els serveis de moto sharing, bici sharing i car sharing de la ciutat.
- Avisos de la Grua Municipal: rep una notificació si la Grua Municipal mou o retira el teu vehicle.
- Transport públic: consulta els horaris, les parades i les estacions de Metro, Bus, TRAM, Ferrocarrils i Rodalies.
- Com s’hi arriba: funcionalitat amb la qual pots veure les diferents opcions d'itinerari, amb els diferents mitjans de transport i la durada de cada recorregut. Perquè puguis escollir el que més t'interessi.

- El nou menú contextual et dona accés directe a diferents serveis, només has de prémer uns segons la icona de l’app SMOU al teu mòbil.
- Si utilitzes l’Endolla, pots fer les teves recàrregues segons segons la ubicació, disponibilitat i potència dels punts.
- I si ets un nou smouer, hem simplificat alguns passos per a que utilitzis l’app fàcilment des del primer moment.

Hem fet aquestes i d’altres millores de rendiment per tal que moure’t amb l’app sigui encara millor.

Can’t see which direction I’m facing on map

It’s not currently possible to see which direction I’m facing on the map. This makes it hard to know how to get to a bike station. On multiple occasions I’ve gone the wrong way thinking I was going the right way.

The app also takes quite a long time to load compared to other apps like Google maps for example. It’s not fun to stare at a black loading screen while I’m standing and waiting next to a bike I want to rent.

Do not bother if you’re a tourist

TLDR: If you want to call a foreign city government to get approved for a 5 minute bike ride, 5 stars probably!

Pros: tons of bikes

Cons: tons of bike because it’s impossible to sign up for the service, but the developer doesn’t think it’s important to notify you of that until you’ve downloaded the app, filled in your details, added your passport, verified your email, and then returned to the app to “activate the bicing service” - at that point you’re told it’s impossible to use a passport to rent bikes and to literally call Barcelona. Call the city of Barcelona and get help (no number provided, as if that would help).

In recent weeks we have detected a high movement with electric Bicing and this has caused greater pressure on its maintenance. The process of transforming 1,000 mechanical bicycles into electric bicycles has begun to reduce this pressure. The performance will be carried out progressively until the end of the year. App is ok. Electric car charging is not.

Electric car charging points are often not working or are working badly. 30 minute time limit for charging is not useful, and there doesn’t seem to be any enforcement for people who ignore the time limit. Worst of all if someone is plugged into the slow charging port with their own cable, the fast charger cannot be used. Poor implementation and badly thought out.
