Keeps freezing up

The app is good but it keeps freezing up, especially when conducting inspection projects or uploading pictures. You tap and tap and it doesn’t respond and it has to be closed and reopened multiple times, which makes it very frustrating and inconvenient.

Best mobile maintenance app by Far!

Everyone from maintenance to leasing to the regional and asset manager loves the ease and insight of the SightPlan App. The bi-directional integration with the PM software makes it easy to track work orders, voice messages and easily communicate the task status with residents. The regional manager can easily see the status across all properties and can schedule preventive maintenance and inspections. It pays for itself. Truly a game changer for operations.

So Happy We Upgraded

Long gone are the days with paper work orders. Maintenance can communicate with residents easily and with a newfound transparency. Just the ease of being able to put in work orders at any time has made such a change in our day to day. The SightPlan team has been amazing any questions have been answered same day.
