Description
The SMS Direct mobile app allows consumers, real estate agents and loan officers the ability to track their loan, receive real time updates and submit conditions via their mobile device. Users are able to verify loan information and status, receive push notification reminders for important dates (appraisal, loan commitment, closing, rate lock etc.), initiate a chat and remain engaged from origination to close.

Great member experience
My realtor sent me this app and I am pumped she did! I just sent this to 5 friends to use Laura Podbielski’s calculator on this App. This isn’t your parent’s credit union. This is the easiest way to home shop out there, I am in the App calculating daily and I already heard this App has trackers to make the whole process stress free. The save a property feature is legit.
Disappointment
This app is not good. You have saturated this with so many safety precautions that it’s not enjoyable whatsoever. You have tried to make it easy and it’s just a jumbled mess:
Your camera function is terrible. It never recognizes the object being captured, and you don’t just have an manual option to begin. I have to wait for the camera to realize it can’t recognize the object. Get rid of that function. It’s just way easier to use the other way.
If I could leave your bank I would. Strictly based on this app. I liked the old one a lot better.
Doesn’t work on iPhone 8 Plus
I get a blank screen when I try and login.
