My coin haven’t reflect yet why

am writing to express my disappointment regarding a recent experience with your platform. attempted to fund my account twice via a transfer from my PalmPay app, and the transaction was successfully completed on my end. However, the funds have yet to reflect in my SMS Virtual App account. I promptly contacted your customer service team and was told to wait 24 hours for resolution. While I appreciate the importance of thorough processing, this delay is highly disappointing and inconvenient, especially when the transaction was successful from my side. As a customer, expected a more seamless and efficient service, particularly in handling financial transactions. This incident has left me questioning the reliability of your platform. Turge you to resolve this issue as a matter of priority and ensure that the funds are credited to my account without further delay. Additionally, I hope you can work towards improving your processes to prevent such inconveniences in the future. Kindly update me on the status of my complaint as soon as possible please

Payment Dispute

I made a purchase twice but only one was credited and the other wasn’t credited until I reached out to the support team regarding the dispute and was told my issue will be resolved within the next 24 hours. It took them over a day and I still didn’t get the response I wanted from the team, although it took them over 72 hours but my coins was later credited and I got a sincerely apology from the admin and also got compensated for my patience, thanks.
