SnapAPI is an API Management tool that lives on the Mac Menu Bar!

SnapAPI simplifies each step of the API lifecycle so you can focus on the most important thing, creating better APIs — faster.

Few reasons why SnapAPI is better option:
• Super Fast : SnapAPI opens fast, runs fast - no time wasted here.
• Small Size : At just ~3MB, smaller than all other apps that also slow down your machine.
• Easy Access : Your APIs are in the Menu Bar, always one click away.
• Simple UI : No more getting lost in complicated interfaces, this is so straightforward.
• Placeholder URLs : Replace values in URLs (like GET values) before running.
• Time Saved : Few clicks to check your API! Yay!
• Important Stats : Just what you need, time taken and response size.
• Keyboard Shortcuts : Speed & Convenience taken very seriously.
• Quick Actions : Make use of the API response - share, download or copy in a single click.

-- Placeholder URLs --
Ever had to run an API where GET parameters change often? or how about some change in the CDN or domain name? SnapAPI supports placeholders that allow you to replace the values just before executing the API, saving a lot of time from constant editing of URLs. To set a placeholder, all you have to do is wrap text between two pairs of curly braces {{like-this}}. Before running, you can replace the API or choose to run with the default value (the one you set when adding the request). This is true power!!

SnapAPI allows you to add, edit, and delete your API requests from the Menu Bar itself.
Currently supported request types are: GET, POST, PUT
Currently supported response types are: JSON, Image and TXT
