Great App that’s perfect for me

I very rarely need to send a fax these days, but when I do Snapfax is my go to app. It doesn’t do fancy, complicated tricks like some of the other faxing apps do, but I don’t need or want all that. It’s a simple and intuitive tool that only does one thing as far as I know, but it does it extremely well. There is a cover page option that's very easy to use, consisting of fill in the blanks fields and plenty of room for a note. There are no recurring subscription charges, and the credits are reasonably priced and easy to use and understand. I sent a six page document today with a cover letter and it was less than $2.00. So if you’re like me and think faxing went out at least ten years ago, but out of nowhere someone asks you to send one, fear not. Snapfax to the rescue!

Great Little Fax App

For those times when I need to send a fax (very few nowadays, except to my physician), this is a great app. Sure, you have to purchase fax credits, but for the few I need to send, it's not a problem with icloud account. You can do cover page, take a picture of your document and insert it, and get the transmission report for proof of transmission. Takes a few minutes after you load it up to the server, but not too long. It's not "free" by any means, although you do get 1 credit to start; however, I needed 1.7 credits for my one page document and cover sheet, hence the 4 out of 5 stars.

Love this program

Like many people in a world of texting, email, and scanning, the need to FAX a document is pretty minimal, but there are instances, especially in the medical field, where nothing but a fax will do.

I installed SnapFax so I could send EKGs to my doctor over a period of time. It worked perfectly, was cost-effective, and never let me down. However, at some point, the App Store let me know there was an updated version, but I couldn't download it. Something about a different Apple ID. Anyway, I contacted the company, and I got a very clear explation of what to do in a couple of hours. Great customer service.
