Description
SNAPmobile is a SIP softclient that extends VoIP functionality beyond the land line or desk top. It brings features of the NetSapiens platform directly to end-user's mobile devices as a Unified Communications solution. With SNAPmobile, users are able to maintain the same identity when making or receiving calls from any location, regardless of their device. They are also able seamlessly send an ongoing call from one device to another and continue that call without interruption. SNAPmobile grants users the ability to manage contacts, voicemail, call history and configurations in a single location. This includes the management of answering rules. greetings, and presence which all contribute to more efficient communication.

Just not great!
App is constantly buggy and just does not make clean/crisp voip calls. Use as it is the only alternative, but half the time I end up hanging up with clients and just call them directly through my mobile number versus the voip/office number through Snap. Should not be this difficult? 🤷♂️
Very helpful and efficient!
We’ve all heard the phrase you’re only as good as your Internet. To be very clear, this app gets five stars from me- while intermittent Internet, WiFi, or data service is what earns less from time to time. SNAPmobile provides everything it says it does allowing management of VoIP phone calls on mobile while away from the desk without exposing the cell phone number. It keeps calls professional and in our control. it is a whole service in itself.
New version works great.
A few years ago this product had some problems, but new fixes keep being released, and Snap mobile has been very stable and works every time. There are also new features including call center agent capabilities. I see pother people who complained it didn't work for them, they need to get with Tech support, I have a number of customers using it as well and no problems!
