Easy, good quality, fast
The app is incredibly easy to use and made designing my own photo cards simple. The finished photo cards are very good quality and the pricing was much better than I found elsewhere. My order was completed and shipped within days and I received it in the States in less than two weeks from when I received placed my order. Overall, I am very pleased with both the app and the company and will definitely use them again!

Quantity on Cart Page
I would very much like to give this app five stars, but I don’t know what’s going on now. I used it for the first time in March 2023 to make freebies for a NCT Dream concert in the states, and everything went perfectly. Here I am trying to use it again for freebies at yet another NCT concert, and for some reason, the quantity won’t update to the number I want. For example, I want to the quantity to be at 10, so it can be a total of 100pcs that I’m ordering, but whenever I try to change the quantity of the pcs, it won’t go through. I’m getting really frustrated and just want this to go well so I can give out freebies at the concert. Please do something about the glitches in your app.

If it is updated when data and Wi-Fi signals are unstable, the installed version of the app may experience an error.
Please check it in the order below.
1. Turn off the Wi-Fi signal completely and retry with data only
2. Delete Snaps App > Restart Your Phone > Reinstall App and Try Again
In addition, it is difficult to answer the quantity-related contents only by review.
If you write it down more specifically and leave it as a 1:1 inquiry, I will pass it on to the department in charge so that it can be improved.
