It Has Greatly Improved!

I gave them one star the last time when they failed to return to my account about 5 transactions I cancelled. And nobody responded to me, wasting my phone calls and time. But this latest update is impressive: one cancelled transaction was returned to me (before they did not return);
they have e-statement now; no need to put the account number of card anymore, just the amount is enough. So I’m giving them 4 stars now. (Minus 1 star because I could not access this app when using a proxy or in other region.)

NCB aziziah branch

The staff are rude and they are not being systematic. I took a number to wait for my turn for customer service since 9am. The staff told me to wait until after Dhuhr prayer. Nevertheless, she keeps on accommodating customers who came after me. When it was already 0130 pm, she told me to still wait. She started calling up the numbers without mentioning mine. When I asked her why she didn’t mentioned my number. She told me she was calling since morning. And she was totally lying. And I couldn’t believe she was confidently lying in front of other customers even. I decided to leave the bank than continue dealing with an unapproachable, inconvenient and liar staff knowing that I’m entrusting my account to their bank. Poor rating for that branch.
