Customer support team doesn’t respond either call or email

Worst customer experience, haven’t received my money back(refund)yet and it’s more than 7 days also they are not responding on call or email… they’re not taking any seriously

Worst service and no way to navigate for refund.

I ordered 8 jeans and they were smaller then normal size. I returned it by alot of hard-work as they don’t have any return option. Now it has been more then 2 weeks and never got any refund. No customer support and app is trash.
