App not working

So I made it to level 25 and now the app isn’t working. It says I need internet connection. Is it a glitch in the app? Anyone else having the same issue? I contacted support and no response.
Update: 2 days after my original review, the game started working and then there was an update as well. I am moving along now and the game is pretty good and at times challenging. Happy with my new Snoopy game.

Good, too much ads, and I need to be tracked?

This game is a very fun game to play with anyone really, I have a lot of fun finding differences and solving puzzles! Me and My twin sister play it a lot and it’s honestly been very fun. Now for the problems, Every time we want to play a puzzle, we have to watch a MINIMUM of 3 mediocre ads. When we finally get to play the puzzles, it’s fun. But sometimes, you obviously needs hints, Right? So we were willing to watch an ad for a couple hints, (we were used to it now, as you can see *cough* *cough*) but when we finally clicked the button, it said that WE NEED TO GET OUR LOCATION TRACKED?! Why? This game is 4+ and you expect to track us? What? I don’t really recommend. Very hard levels. And weird ads.

It was funny the first time...

This game now feels like there are trolls designing this game to magically make items appear the last second making you want to use more hearts and in turn make you spend real money for hearts. You think I wouldn’t catch you guys huh? I have a very good eye and a quick reaction time. I love that when I have plenty of time left there’s literally nothing to find. And as a circle moves around the screen, just magically a soccer ball appears where I’ve already looked. You guys definitely need to help yourself and make this game fair, not for me but for the ages 4+ range. Realistically, I don’t even think kids could grasp this kind of speed and actually have fun losing. Obviously this game is starting to go more towards shoving in game purchases down our throats. Good on you guys lol.
