Graphs every breath. Listen to snoring sound. See chest movements & sleep position! Perfect Sleep-Apnea-First-Alert!

SnoreMonitor SleepLab

Two years as top paid Medical App in Sweden.

Graphs every breath. Listen to snoring sound. See chest movements & sleep position! Perfect Sleep-Apnea-First-Alert! And it graphs all night in a second. Superfast!

Main functions:
1. Graph your snoring and breathing sounds. Tap the graph to listen and analyze. Repeat tapping to accelerate playback speed.
2. Graph your chest movements – a Sleep Apnea first alert!
3. Display your sleeping positions.
4. Now you can mail the graph and sound to your doctor for fast checkup.

This app will help detect a snoring problem. Snoring activity is displayed in a perfect graph on which you can view the entire night or zoom in to a particular minute or second. By tapping the graph, you can hear every breath!

By viewing your chest movements and comparing them to the sound graph, you can watch for indications of Sleep Apnea. If a delay or pause in breathing is detected, this can serve as a warning to seek the advice of a doctor before a more serious problem develops.

Your sleeping positions are also displayed. If the app indicates snoring while sleeping on your back, you can adjust your position accordingly, which may reduce or eliminate snoring.

New with SnoreMonitor SleepLab: Recordings can now be scheduled. You may also adjust the magnitude of the graph for perfect analysis.

This app was developed to fine-tune our adjustable snoring devices, MegaVent Nasal Dilators and ReduZnore Anti Snoring Mouthpiece. If perfect results are not achieved with these devices alone, reshape them and check your results the next morning with SnoreMonitor PRO.

You can also check the performance of your current snoring devices! Does your dentist-made snoring mouthpiece really work? How much do you spend on snoring spray? Put it to the test! Do you sleep alone? This app is perfect for those who suspect they may snore.

By putting an end to snoring now, you may avoid damage caused by snoring vibrations. Damage may cause soft tissues to become weak enough to block the airway and snoring can also lead to obstructive Sleep Apnea, high blood pressure, and heart problems.

While our app is useful on its own, it is also a component of our total snoring solution package. We want to provide you with the solution to stop your snoring once and for all.

Our snoring devices can be delivered worldwide. They serve as an inexpensive solution recommended by dentists, ENT doctors, and many hospitals in Sweden. Our products are natural, drug-free, and they put an end to snoring by widening narrowed airways.

For more ways to reduce or eliminate snoring, please download our app!

We have listened to user comments from our first app and have worked hard to develop a new and improved SnoreMonitor SleepLab.

If you are a current user, we strongly suggest upgrading to this faster, more efficient version.

Many thanks for downloading our app and telling your friends. And please, if you like this new version - please rate us...It helps you to get our next version faster!

iPad users: To record sleeping positions and chest movements, the device needs to be attached to your chest. As this may result in damage to your iPad, please consider downloading this app just to record snoring patterns. Recordings can help reduce or eliminate snoring and you will still receive 4 free samples of MegaVent, our adjustable breathing aid.

Review

Good for recording sounds you make when sleeping. Graph, if calibrated correctly, can be useful to identify when you snore at night.

Suggestion: i should be able to drag the playback bar so it plays where ever i drag to. Right now in playback, it stops or stops every time i touch the screen. Extremely annoying when trying to play a particular segment, and you have yo tap the exact location- not easy with normal sized fingers...

Seems promising

The app does indeed record sounds while you sleep. It is hard to know how to calibrate the recording level; I wish they gave more guidance on doing this so I would know if it is working properly. I get a nice graph no problem but the sounds are almost inaudible. Does that mean there aren't any to worry about? Or that the app isn't working well on this phone?
I have an old iOS version so other sleep apps won't run on it or I would try another.
Too bad they make you stare at the advertising screen for so long every time you select the app.

I love this app!

I've been using the app to better understand my snoring problem. The app is very easy to use. It records and plots out a nice graphical timeline of your sleep session. In addition, you can play back the recording at any point of the timeline and listen to your snoring.

By using the app I was pleasantly surprised to find that my snoring is much less when sleeping on my right side compared to my left side. I don't quite understand why this would be the case, but now that I know, I'm sleeping on my right side. Before this, my default sleeping side was the left side. So, the app told me that I've been sleeping on the wrong side!

The app revealed another interesting discovery. I have nasal allergy, so occasionally, I take an over-the-counter allergy pill before I go to bed. When I record my sleep, the app instantly shows that my snoring is dramatically reduced after taking the allergy pill. This makes perfect sense, because the pill helps to relieve congestion in the nose, which leads to less snoring.

My next step is to experiment with using the MegaVent nasal appliance, which is supposed to allow better airflow in the nose. It would be interesting to compare the results of using the MegaVent with the results from using the pill. I'm hoping the MegaVent will produce similar results, so that I can avoid having to take the pill.

After trying MegaVent I will probably want to try the Reduznore to see if that can further reduce my snoring.

So, if you want to try different strategies and appliances for reducing snoring, the app is an indispensable tool for systematically trying, quantifying, and evaluating the effectiveness of each strategy and appliance.

The app makes for a great sleep partner. :-)
