Setting the sensitivity just got easier, with a new slider function to allow more control over the power settings for whitening and gum treatments.

The shake to wake feature is also now persistent. This means once you setup a treatment in the app, it will always remember your last timer and power settings for sensitivity.

The app, products & customer service....

I try to give companies the benefit of the doubt however, I had the most horrible experience from their customer service team. From I can’t find your warranty registration to please take a picture of your package contents you received so we can see what you got when I ordered from them. Well.....I think I just figured it out.....for everybody’s information they have 2 different lip treatment sizes and they sent me the small one on the first order when I actually ordered 2 but only received one at a time......🤔 Normally, I try to let stuff ride but not when it comes to money I’m spending with your company and paying $30 for a lil tiny glass jar of chap stick so called lip treatment and y’all send me the small one. Could this be trying to get over on people??? So done.....screen shot everything if you order from them k.

Don’t waste your money on the device, the app is even worse

I have had my snow for a couple of weeks. Worked fine with daily use for 12 days. Now my device will “connect” to the app but will not turn on except for maybe 1 out of 20 attempts. The “shake to wake” feature doesn’t work on the device any longer rendering it useless. The device will no longer keep a charge either. Mine went from 100% to 0% charge in 7 minutes preventing me from completing the recommended 30 minute treatments. Maybe the wired one would’ve been a better option. I want my 300$ back. Customer service is unreachable at best.

Very unhappy with app

I’ve been trying for over a week. My wireless device takes over 20 times to connect, but I can always see four or five other devices connect and one is my neighbor down the hall of my apt complex.

After resetting and my device name appears, i try to user the timer and strength and ready to hit start button. It never starts. So iI have no history to track. I still can use the wireless device but I don’t know what strength of light is being applied to my mouth.

Lastly, I have to keep a mirror nearby because the blue light turns off at any moment. I watch the mirror to see when I have to hit the on button again. For some reason, the red light doesn’t turn off as much.

I replied to company texts and they don’t answer back after asking how i am doing!

I have never written a bad review - one star - in my life because I do a lot to research before making purchases.

Still trying to reach company.
