Description

The Sober Mom Squad is just as it sounds: a Squad of Moms who are already sober, those who are just dipping their toes in exploring an alcohol free lifestyle, and everything in between!

We share. We connect. We talk about the hard things. We create community in the lonely pockets of motherhood. We don’t shy away from the tough topics, and we nod our heads in solidarity.

Our common goal is to raise children in homes where alcohol is not the focus, and help other women do the same. We are women like you, who don't want their kids to grow up with a mom who needs wine to survive them.

When you join the Sober Mom Squad app and community, you can:

+ Be part of a caring, supportive community of other moms who are exploring what it means to lead an alcohol free lifestyle—including those who are newly sober or sober curious.

+ Post, ask questions, share your story, and cheer on other moms in a safe, private community forum.

+ Attend daily virtual meetings that you can join anytime. We talk about all things motherhood, from the mundane to the tough stuff, and give you space to share whatever is on your heart!

+ Easily find and meet up with women and mothers near you, so you can build a squad of trusted, sober mom friends in your area.

+ Gain practical tools and proven frameworks for navigating situations like holiday parties, travel, and special events, so you can feel confident in your sobriety and your choices as a parent.

+ Access curated resources including book lists, favorite podcasts, playlists, and more.

+ Join groups specifically for single moms, moms of neurodivergent kids, newly sober moms, and many more to come!

As mothers, we need to connect, share experiences, share expertise, hear stories, and tell our own. We need to know that we are not alone. Sober Mom Squad is here to offer you a safe environment away from judgement and stigma, where we can come together to be our best selves.

The pocket friends you didn’t know you needed

I’m not doing this alone is the first thing I realized with this app. SMS gave me a safe space, where I could lurk, then ask a question, then tell my story-and make incredible friends along the way. This community isn’t something that can be described well because you may not believe me. Because these women are all like me. Good humans with a questionable relationship with alcohol. Moms who are tired, yet ready for the next adventure, successful, smart, funny, raw, honest and who all try to live in truth. If you are considering goggling a quiz to see if you may be ‘an alcoholic’ save yourself some time (and stress) and join this community. 11/10 Highly recommend.

Game changer!

I’m a single sober mom with a 12 year old son who has special needs. I had no idea that this app and this community existed and when I found out I couldn’t believe what a lifeline it’s been for me. I wish it had been around when I gave birth and was navigating the diagnosis early on. I’m never ever alone now that I have access to this incredible community on this app!! I give it 5 stars for having so many resources and connections that have already regulated my nervous system! Thank you thank you for creating this space for us!

Worth it!

One thing I Love about SMS is that you can attend meetings everyday, multiple times a day right with your phone or computer. I really enjoy the vulnerability and transparency that is very hard to normally find in our everyday lives. I tried to quit drinking without the group, I had signed on for a free trial, but then cancelled. I quickly realized I depended on the resources, accountability and friendships I made through this group. I highly recommend, and for my livelihood, it is well worth the price.
