The best there is...    ‍​    

Losing weight is a pain. I am guessing it is difficult for everyone but it is super difficult for me. I can't follow a specific routine - even if I do, I start eating more after a few weeks and then it completely destroys my motivation. This app has been helping me so far because now I know what my daily intake should be and I am trying to get close to it day by day. I am not there yet but at least I feel motivated by using this app. I am glad to see that this app is providing me knowledge and guidance on how to lose weight rather than signing me up in a hardcore plan where I end up gaining weight. Tip: for those trying to lose weight, don't change your overall routine. Simply bring your food intake under the goals provided in this app and try to do a little bit of workout on daily basis. Log your daily meal intake and sync this app to your health app - Trust me, your life will become mu   ‌  ​

Love this app, was not a fan of tracking calories ‌     

I've lost weight several times in my adulthood. i know tracking calories or macros was the best way. I never enjoyed doing it and never found an easy to use app. Well i decided to try to lose another 12 lbs but this time i decided to track my calories to ensure i lose the weight in the timeframe i set (5 weeks). This app got me surprised. It not only has a great and complete trackers which include calorie intake, exercise, hydration and sleep, but also has the full support of a social network with like minded people. Tracking calories and exercises are bonded together with my performance in the challenge, which constantly keeps me motivated. It's been just a week and i've lost almost 4 lbs. Im sure i'll be able to get to where i want and i believe you can do it too.‌    ‌

Good, but needs a few improvements‍‍   ​​‌

This could easily be the best weight loss app i can make use of for long time. It has all the necessary trackers to measure my day, such as calorie tracker, exercise tracker, hydration reminder and sleep analysis. These trackers helps me form a better habit overall, which can result in long term and sustainable weight loss outcome. I would like to have the following features to be added:
Workout videos for the exercise module. right now it's syncing the health app data, which also works, but i have to maintain another app for home workout guidance. More interesting nutrition education content. I love the idea of having the health coach telling me tips and fun facts about nutrition science every day, but it would be better for richer content such as quiz, audio or even video.‌
