Description
Sunlight enhances your mood, relieves stress, improves sleep, and triggers vitamin D production. But too much sun exposure increases your chances of sunburns and skin cancer.
Sola calculates and tracks how much sun exposure you are getting based on current UV index forecast, your skin type, any existing tan, sunscreen SPF, and whether you change sides regularly when you sunbathe.
Sola features a convenient Timer that reminds you when to re-apply sunscreen, when to flip over if applicable, and when you need to get out of the sun.
It also comes with an Apple Watch extension so that you can manage your UV exposure right on your wrist.
Sola optionally integrates with Apple Health app, specifically to read your Fitzpatrick Skin Type and to keep track of UV index that you were exposed to.
Also included now is Vitamin D tracking.
Lastly, thanks to its monochrome themes, you can actually interact with the app in bright sunlight, especially if you are wearing sunglasses.
All access can be unlocked with either (1) an annual subscription, or (2) a one-time purchase valid for lifetime.

Unique outstanding design app!
Sometimes I run into to something that is so nice that it is hard to put into words to describe or express it to you. This for me is one of those times. I hope I can come across to all of you with my Heart ( why ) because the Developer put His Heart into this well unique Designed App! This is a app to help you, your family, and myself. It’s a Health app about UV Rays that we face everyday of our lives. These rays are good for us and bad if you get to much of them at to many times I guess I can put it. The Developer has put a great deal of love and work into this app you can tell that by the many updates you can see done. I thank the Developer for putting this app out for you and myself to use. To me the Developer is my Friend ( why ) only a friend would try to help you and your family! Download the app today try it today. Amazing!!
I’ve been using this app not for tanning but for my newborn and sun/UV exposure. It’s been fantastic. I had a few “hick-ups” at first but the app support was amazing and worked helping me figure everything out!!! I 100% suggest using this app!!

Very Helpful!
Sooo much better than just using the UV rating from weather app! This app helps me plan an exposure and prevent burns. I usually fry myself early in the season - and this year I haven’t! I appreciate the science behind the calculations. Based on my experience they seem to be right on.
