The Solaris 365 app connects you with your care plan from Solaris Whole Health. Receive daily meal planning, exercise guidance, lifestyle modification support and motivation. As a Solaris Whole Health patient, you will receive the specific content of your custom wellness plan in the app. Track your progress including calories, activities, body metrics, steps, water, and sleep in an interface shared with your provider. Communicate with Solaris Whole Health in realtime through personal journals and direct private messages. This app is integrated with the Apple HealthKit. Choose to share your steps, activities and other parameters from the HealthKit directly with the Solaris 365 app. Intuitive Design The app is designed specifically for Solaris Whole Health patients and you can't use the app unless you're a patient already in their care. Use the app on your iPhone or iPad. Solaris Whole Health uses an admin web-based portal where they can tailor the program to your needs, monitor your progress, and communicate with you directly.
