Need a blank form quick? In app email allows you to email yourself (or your Soldiers) a quick form for printing. We have over 12 of the most used forms for NCOs and Soldiers in .PDF format.

Scan, save and email your records is to assist Soldiers in getting documents where they need to be. Graduated BLC? Scan and email your DA1059 to your training NCO the minute you receive it. Went on TDY? Scan and email your receipts for that DTS voucher.

Your in app I Love Me book lets you scan and save documents for your personal records. Scan your important documents and recall them for quick reference (Like date of rank, PEBD, last HIV test…). Share files from your book any time.

I know you are sold already but lets talk Privacy. This app holds 100% Privacy for your data. No part of the software in this application will share your personal information without your consent. Due to apple sandboxing security no other part of your phone can reach your documents. We do not (nor do we have the capability) to track or record your personal information.

Needs work, great potential

This really is a valuable app. It offers many very useful tools, and the ability to work straight from your phone is more vital than ever.

A major improvement would be if you could edit saved forms. When you save a form it is locked. It would be better if you could make a form and then edit it later such as if you want multiple Soldiers to receive the same counseling.

Also, their are some bugs with changing from drop down to keyboard. Be careful not to loose your work just because you opened a drop down option.

Check out the latest, we've updated everything and are doing regular maintenance now. Updated and new forms, updated file system and updated share features.

All the form are outdated. Update or take it off

Pretty useful!

I just discovered this app today. I tested the email function; it’s working for me on my iPhone 11. I agree editing or duplicating previously saved forms would be useful. In the absence of that function, after emailing the pdf to myself, I was able to open from my email into adobe fill & sign and continue editing. Not an elegant solution, but still easier than waiting for a free computer or hand-jamming. I would also like to add some of my own most frequently used army forms, e.g. Packing List 1750 or Request for Issue / Turn In 3161. I’ll try emailing the developer, maybe they can add them. Overall, I’m happy to pay a few bucks to have these forms on hand and fillable.
