Awesome Gameplay as well as Skillz Support Crew

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely Fun !!! Players have the opportunity to play with other competitors in several different Buy in games with the opportunity to win good money if you have the Skillz. In addition to winning money you also build tickets that also allow players to purchase all kinds of prizes such as Money to go towards $$ play games and then souvenirs to large amounts of giftcards, bose and high dollar items to even Sport cars!!! Yep Sport cars!!! I have to give the Skillz administrators props because they are not the typical ones who you contact and never hear back from . I actually have never had to wait longer than 20 mins for a reply back and they are unbelievably FAIR!!! If you have a some sort of issues where say a game may have been aborted or lagging which was not caused by the players they are fair and you have to play to just find out exactly what i mean…. If you have fun playing Solitaire this particular game literally just got on your toes exciting .. Its free to join so come on and lets get some more faces on the board and have some fun!!! Trust me it does get addicting. hahaha

Read this review it it will help you out a lot

First thing I like solitaire and this game is pretty well done as far as gameplay goes. Here’s the advice as someone who played for a few months. 1 you must win more than 60% of your games to break even. The take away 10% of every singe match for an entry fee, you are also charged monthly fees that go up if you don’t play enough. So unless you are a savant at solitaire you won’t win any real money. I honestly don’t know how this game is rated as high as it is. There are super players on here that make it hard to win as well. I also suspect that some of the accounts are AI bots as a matter of fact I suspect that it would be very easy for a mediocre programmer to exploit this game, I mean really if AI can defeat the best chess players in the world what chance do you have at solitaire against one? Last issue I had with this game is that I didn’t play for a few days and when I logged back in it logged me into a completely new account and when I logged out and logged back in to my account I had 0.00 in my account. When last I played I had over $20 when I looked at my game history it was not accurate plus they took fees out. I hope this saves someone a few bucks waisted on this app. If you want an actual chance to win real money gambling either go to a casino or use a legitimate gambling/casino app or website as they are highly regulated. Good luck sorry for the long review

Thanks for taking the time to leave us a review. As you continue to play and get better, your Skillz rating will increase and be matched against other players at your level. Skillz makes sure to create a fair, fun, and competitive platform for all players. Regarding the fee, when a match is played, the winner takes the prize while Skillz and the developer take a small portion to help keep the lights running and continue to make updates to improve the game to keep our players happy. I can also assure you there are no bots or AI. Every match is played against a real person, and Skillz has a dedicated Fairplay team in the event a player is trying to create an unfair advantage. Don't hesitate to get in touch with us at support@skillz.com and review your account to see what happened with your missing balance. Thanks for playing!

Just reinstalled… Please Respond

So I just reinstalled this game after not playing for a while. I remember loving it because I was able to play against other people in a game like solitaire. Although I initially was free to play for the most part I had build up a small amount of funds into my account which was drained after possibly years of absence. I guess I understand since I never deposited anything to begin with but I couldn’t help to think if someone Did deposit money and forget about it. Seems kind of wild. Not my main issue though. I can’t remember all the details but I KNOW I was able to play games for a cheaper cost before. Free games or not you could play for like 1z or a few cents for the paid games. Now I can’t play anything for less than 3z besides One kind of tournament because all my z is gone as well which I can’t remember if it was me who lost them all or them being cleared from my account. The next best thing is 60z or 300z. Another thing is the skillz rewards shop isn’t working for me which was my last option because I thought I recalled being able to get z from there Maybe but I couldn’t even use the tickets I have cause the store won’t open. Now I’m basically forced to deposit which I was Already planning on doing but no longer want to because I can’t even hardy practice before I start throwing my money away.. I may Definitely be missing something but I can’t imagine I’m missing anything

Great game, but a few suggestions!

Starting off I thought this game was a scam, losing more than I won, and a lot. Lost a lot of money, but then I realized I needed to actually learn the skill of the game and work the strategy because believe it or not, there are people who’ve mastered this and it’s called a Pro League for a reason! I knew from beginning g that staff as well played the game, but you are indeed refunded if you lose against one. I know this because it’s happened when I was a beginner. Now that I’ve gotten much better with the game I’m up in the pro leaderboards, but you are going to want to play at higher hits to move on the board and always play smart, don’t rush to the point where you are forgetting key steps/moves to completing the game.

Overall it’s a great game, not a scam, you just need to practice the skill to be able to go up against some really good players. One thing I recommend are yes, maybe some new deck set ups, without replacing old ones. Also the matching has been my biggest issue. After this last pro league, the system isn’t matching me with anyone, in any of the selected cash options which is frustrating because I want live results and I don’t want to have to wait days for it to just be refunded. That’s needs to be fixed, please!

❌❌❌Skillz stole from me! ❌❌❌

❌❌❌ Let me explain why after 3 years of playing, numerous Skillz black coins sent to my home, and tons of time sharing with others to join, only to stop using the app unless I’m really bored and want to play the Skillz practice token matches only or with random free Skillz funds. When playing a match (for CASH/funds) and you lose to the opponent, you can not review the match to see what went wrong on your part or where the opponent did better than you IF Skillz didn’t give you the replay if they so choose! But they will give you the replay for other matches that are clearly understood why you had lost such as you knew you were slower than normal or the match wasn’t your best, etc. The funny part is they even say they won’t give you every game replay even though they do have the ability to.

My suggestion to the developers: once the replay (of every match) has been played or not touched in a set amount of time, delete the replay so you can offer replays on ALL matches. Atleast replay ALL matches for those of us who have been with the app for X amount of years or at XX level or atleast sell the option to get replays. Because if not, it is a form of theft lower than gambling. Playing to win a match with understanding of the win/loss odds is one thing, but not seeing why or how you lost, is stealing and blind gambling especially when an opponent could win $xxx of your hard earned cash!

Hello there,

Thank you for voicing your concerns about replays. To clarify Skillz does not have control on whether or not a replay will be available. As of now we only offer replays of cash matches, and even for those, a replay is not always available and is sometimes incomplete or degraded. If a player has a low battery, a bad connection, or low storage space on their phone, a replay in our system may not record or may record only partially. That said, we are working on improving our replay technology. We will however make sure this feedback is shared with our team. Thank you.

Only good for practice

This game is fun if you play the practice rounds because it doesnt cost money, and winning helps more than losing hurts. That’s not the case when you deposit money though. When you deposit money and play the cash matches, you’re very likely to lose all of it at the end because losing hurts more than winning helps. For example, if you lose a game, and then win a game, you still lost some amount of money. The only way to make money through this game is to win majority of the games you play (which obviously is very difficult) or play and win a game with high stakes (also very difficult). Basically you have to be beast at this game if you’re looking to get some extra cash, otherwise whatever cash you deposit you’ll be likely to lose. They had a deal where you deposit $5 and they give you $10 in bonus cash. At first I was doing well, but then they took away the lowest stakes option for me and the lowest stakes became $0.60 per game (entry fee) (whereas before it was $0.25 per game). That’s when I started losing cash and i now do not have enough money in my account to play more games unless i deposit more. I would not recommend this game for the cash aspect of it unless you’re really good at solitaire. If you are going to download this, just play practice rounds.

Enjoyable Frustration

I love playing Solitaire on this site and the potential of winning real cash. I hate the frequency of crashes I experience and even though refunds are swift, many times I get condescending advice on repair and prevention even when the steps are taken in advance to prevent them. There seems to be no responsibility for it being a flaw in their system. There could definitely be some customer service retracing.
The other day during a Bonus Cash promo, I didn’t receive mine and contacted them about it. I was taken through all sorts on totally unnecessary loops to prove I wasn’t lying, when they had every piece of evidence in their own system to readily verify the error much better than I ever could have. The promo was on their Skillz News, I was asked for pictures; my deposit and balance is readily available on the site to verify I hadn’t received it. The time of my deposit was documented to verify it being within the promo time frame. Totally unnecessary hassle that was totally avoidable and verifiable by their own system. Doesn’t promote a sense of trust or honesty and should have been comped for the hassle.
If their was some customer service retraining, this would easily be my favorite gaming web site!

The game cheats when you play for real money

I loaded $15 dollar to this game and lost every dime. It just so happens the game ha a replay feature where you can watch you game and your opponent in a side by side view and my last game played I could only get 20 points because there were no other moves I could do so when I was done the other player was still going and I was wondering how but when the game finally ended it showed the other persons points was over 1000 so naturally I went to the replay to see how the heck they got that many points from such a bad spread and their cards was totally different from mine and so before I contacted the game I watched. Few more of my games ones that I won and lost and both sets of cards were always the same except some games the feature to watch the replay is not available so that leads me to wonder if they cheated me entirely out of my $15. This game is not worth it it seems like the developers are the only ones that are winning. To play to win $1 you have to pay them $0.60 so really you are just playing for $0.40. Then when you are playing sometimes you don’t have an opponent so they match someone to you later in which they probably change the cards in some cases because you may win 2 games then you lose 4 it’s like a pattern of winning and losing so when it is all said and done you walk away with no money to cash out.

Developer Response ,

Thanks for providing feedback. We're sorry for the experience with your match with another player. Please contact Skillz support team at support@skillz.com to review your match and replays to get this resolved immediately. When you enter a match with a $0.60 entry fee and win, the prize is $1. So, $1.20 in total entry fees are paid, and $1 in prizes is paid out to the winner. The $0.20 remaining is split between the game developer and Skillz. That lets us keep the lights on, improve our service, and allow the game’s developer to keep updating the game.

Has potential to be fun...

Don’t get me wrong, the game is addictive and competitive. I play both cash and free games. One thing I’ve noticed is where in free games I’m able to score higher. Cash games started up fair in the beginning where you would get playable hands and could score at least 1k points easily. Now I’m seeing more less playable hands where I’m scoring 20,40,60 points before I have no plays left. It’s to the point of winning one or two hands and losing 5 or 6. I’m starting to wonder if something is wrong with the schematics of dealing cards. How can you go thru a whole deck and only be able to make one or two moves? It’s almost as if it’s enough to keep you interested in playing but enough for you to slowly lose your bank roll so you’d have to reload cash. Developer, Please take a look into how the system deals hands! It could definitely use some improving on your end because there’s no way a player should end games with 20-60 points. Also it says that the more time you end game with gives you extra points. I’ve ended games with 3:50 remaining of the 5 minutes due to lack of moves and get 0-60 points for 3:50 remaining. I’ve played and ended games with 00:40 seconds remaining and got a couple hundred points extra from time. This is another issue that needs to be reviewed. Thanks.

Don’t put money in

Don’t put money in. I only did because they had a deal where you put in 30, gave you 30. However even after winning beyond all that (I lost most of it, then from games ended up winning over $60), when you withdraw it’ll take $30 away from you. It crashes a lot and when I did great it “loses” the score, and you can appeal to get your money back. They’re sneaky, though: I’ve done this and got an email saying the money was refunded and it never was. Watch carefully.

However, when you lose or have a bad game it somehow saves the score when it crashes... then they changed the minimum game price (increased the cost to enter a game) after I had put money in. Then it’s supposed to match you up randomly or to equal skills, but then it matched me up to someone I lost to several games in a row in a tournament so of course I instantly lost because the person is better than I am. Playing non-tournament games same issue: lost 6 times in a row, won 2, lost 3 more. It doesn’t set you up to even skill-level like it leads you to believe. They also have misleading titles: “$26 in prizes guaranteed” for a tournament: then when you win the whole tournament, you only get $15. You’ll lose money. So to play for free, it’s fine but crashes and has downtime where the app won’t work for hours at a time.
