Love/Hate Relationship

I love Klondike Farm Adventure, but it has not given me many things I was supposed to get! For example, today I was supposed to get a free prize for watching an ad - when the ad was over, the prize kept spinning and j never received one! Also, I had a set of 5 hearts earlier today and when I came on tonight, it wasn’t there! I specifically saved it for tonight! These kinds of things have happened to me numerous times and something needs to be fixed!
Now, a question - why is it that the prices for +5 cards and wild cards keep going up, but the prizes stay the same? There is something wrong with doing that!
I rated this a 3 because the game itself is a 4, but the mechanics of it are wrong (a 2)and need to fixed! Thank you!

New update

This app updated on its own. I do not like any of the new graphics. Is the a lot harder to follow along and look at the main screen. This is the worst upgrade I’ve seen on the app that I play. Please take back to the way it was!

The new graphics on the main screen have too much “going on” making it difficult to locate the item that I need to click on next. Also, the chest have been changed, smaller, which makes it difficult to see when they are full. Also, there are too many side contests, that automatically pop up and I will be playing, get half way through, then realize that I’m not even playing the game that I want to be playing. If I want to play a side contest I want to make that decision. I don’t want someone else to make that decision for me. I use to play this game two or three times a day every day of the week. Since the update I have only played two or three times total. I understand the need to fix bugs that are present in a program, but I totally don’t understand the need to change all of the graphics and add all kinds of new features in contest. Thank you for asking for more detail. I really didn’t think anyone ever read these reviews except players.

The best solitaire game!

I rarely write reviews but I’ve been playing this game for 2 years & it just keeps getting better. You can play w/out having to constantly pay for progress. And the side games they have are not just a blast to play, but they have coin & booster rewards galore. That’s why I don’t mind paying for extra things here & there…I want to support the app that’s given me so many months of fun. As a bonus, their customer service is fantastic! If I ever have a question or issue, I get a response in less than 24 hours, usually w/bonus gifts attached. Now THAT’S a rarity. I can’t recommend this game enough! It’s the best solitaire game out there!
