Solitaire King: PvP Game 17+

What a great game!

I’ve tried a lot of other solitaire games and end up deleting most of them for various reasons, one of the main ones being that there’s so little choice of different entry fees and game levels. But I love everything about Solitaire King! The choice of game levels and different entry amounts make it so much better than most of the other solitaire games out there. Plus I love the wheel where you can spin for gems or the chance to win a percentage off of your entry fee. I haven’t tried to cash out yet but based on the gameplay so far I’m sure that when I do try to withdraw my money it will go smoothly. If you’re looking for a really great solitaire game I suggest you give Solitaire King a try, you won’t be disappointed.

Fun game but

So it was tough to figure out the right number of stars. I downloaded about 6 months ago to pass the time. It’s fun and you can win a few dollars here and there. I’ve withdrawn maybe $5 per month for the first 3 months. However during the 4th month, I tried with withdraw. It goes through a process where they need to approve the withdrawal. No big deal, it usually happens in a couple of days. In short, this time, it is still not complete after 3 or 4 months. I have contacted their support in separate messages 3x. The first time, they responded and after 2 or 3 weeks, closed the support ticket without resolution. I started again, they acknowledge the issue and asked me for more details. Details I cannot provide like amount withdrawn because their app will not allow me to see history of incomplete withdrawals. Then they closed the ticket again. I open a 3rd ticket and they have not responded for 2 weeks. It’s not a big deal as it’s only $5, except the problem is I could conceivably win $100 and not be able to withdraw because their system prevents additional withdrawals until the most recent one is complete. I have even said I don’t care about the money, just clear the withdrawal so I can do a future withdrawal. But no response. I’m tired of it and will only use their system to pass time and send a support message daily until they resolve it

Too early to rate

Still too new to me to give an accurate rating. I’ve played 3 hands and haven’t tried to cash out yet. So far everything feels good with the game with the exception of being asked to rate it literally 5 times since I’ve installed it. I don’t appreciate that considering I like to leave honest and informed feedback and I can’t do that with only 8 minutes invested. Once I play a bit and try to withdraw then I will leave a helpful review. For the moment though, I will say that everything has been smooth and they even start you with the first $5. Of the 3 hands that I’ve played it’s been enjoyable but we will see once I attempt to withdraw the cash. Unfortunately, until I have more time with the game I’m going to give it a 3 star rating for being smooth up to now. Once I have more time with the game and actually make a withdrawal I will update my review.

Developers, you can’t expect an honest informed review without giving us time to actually use the game. Demanding a review just 45 seconds into the game is a good way to get a bad review and most of the time that gets a 1 star from me. Please give us time to actually play the game before demanding a review…
