I reviewed Solitaire Smash app before and I think I gave it 5 stars….until I went to cash out. I had to contact them via email at least eight times before I could get my money. The first person to respond was quite helpful (walking me through the withdrawal process-I’m not very computer savvy-), until the final question I had, then I could only get an automated reply. Their reply was always “We’re On It!”.
So then I found my review and changed it to say I was going to contact the gaming commission for fraud. This game, and a few others, require front and back copy of I.d., a current bill with your name and address, and a selfie (I think that’s everything). Apparently I didn’t send the full copy of the bill, and I was left in limbo for a month. I kept emailing and asking about my withdrawal, and kept getting automated replies that someone would contact me in 2-3 days.
Idk if they saw my review about calling commission, or if I just got lucky and a good employee contacted me and told what the issue was. I took a better picture of the bill, emailed it back, and finally received my withdrawal. They did deduct $4 from my $40 withdrawal, but I finally received it.
I do enjoy the game. but only gave three stars because of the hassle and runaround of taking a month to withdraw.

I have an IQ of 145. I win most games in the top 2. The issue with this game is that the payout starts at level 4. So, no matter how many helps you get, and how close you get to the bottom, they never ever ever let you get past level 3. So play it for fun, but don’t even expect to win pennies. As usual, the game owners are spinning a fairytale of monumental proportions! Those ads are LIES LIES LIES!!! 🤨 I haven’t just played hundreds of times. More like thousands. The game is fun, but it’s wrong to lie. I used to believe people. Because of Facebook games and ads, I assume everyone is lying until they prove otherwise.
I KNOW I’m not going to win any money. I’ve been playing for months, and I’ve not been able to cash out a penny. But who wants to play a game where you can’t get any higher than level 3???
I googled it to see if I was the only one. NOPE! The other players are asking why THEY can’t get past level 3. DUH! It’s because the owners want to hide behind plausible deniability and claim they aren’t committing fraud. They are. A lie is a lie is a lie.
