Solitaire Smash

I reviewed this app before and I think I gave it 5 stars….until I went to cash out. I had to contact them via email at least eight times before I could get my money. The first person to respond was quite helpful (walking me through the withdrawal process-I’m not very computer savvy-), until the final question I had, then I could only get an automated reply. Their reply was always “We’re On It!”.
So then I found my review and changed it to say I was going to contact the gaming commission for fraud. This game, and a few others, require front and back copy of I.d., a current bill with your name and address, and a selfie (I think that’s everything). Apparently I didn’t send the full copy of the bill, and I was left in limbo for a month. I kept emailing and asking about my withdrawal, and kept getting automated replies that someone would contact me in 2-3 days.
Idk if they saw my review about calling commission, or if I just got lucky and a good employee contacted me and told what the issue was. I took a better picture of the bill, emailed it back, and finally received my withdrawal. They did deduct $4 from my $40 withdrawal, but I finally received it.
I do enjoy the game. but only gave three stars because of the hassle and runaround of taking a month to withdraw.

Developers of this game influence all outcomes

My wife originally started playing first and she always played solitaire on her phone at work to kill down time and she told me once she won and withdrew her winnings it did not matter the style of play and has yet to win anything since. What blows me away is the team that created solitaire smash makes there money regardless who is winning or losing. Then I started playing and the same thing happened. I won money and have yet to really win anything since. If you play the game regularly you will start knowing what cards your going to pull after a play from the cards on the board. It’s counter suit of a face card will always be underneath..cards will disappear from the card stack you pull from and end up underneath on the board.. when you are good at something you don’t just forget how to play cards over night. Queens and jacks are always under a card on the table..
And if you love a king on the board to a blank spot you will almost always pull another king directly under the king you just moved.. any money that you put in the game you are going to lose there’s no doubt about it that’s if you have already withdrew prize money you have won the creators of this game are scam artist at its finest and I will be reporting you to the gaming commission in my state.. I win more money betting parlays then playing solitaire this should be a massive red flag to anyone who actually likes to gamble

No point in bonus cash

There is bonus cash which only helps if you lose all your deposited money. Every game costs money drawn first from the balance you have deposited. Only after that has been used up is the non-withdrawable bonus cash used. So I didn't claim my winnings right away in order to use up my bonus cash first. But after hitting zero I finally started claiming my winnings only to see that some of those winnings were being converted into bonus cash. Unwithdrawable bonus cash. So it looks like there is no possible way to use bonus cash in order to win cash that you can withdraw. It just turns back into bonus cash. Total scam! At least you can withdraw the normal winnings (after paying a dollar debit fee).

So don't bother trying to win the bonus cash payouts. They seem nice but are worthless in the end.

It was so fun! At first.

This game is a complete cash grab. Yes I was able to win a little money out of it being around $80 in total after months. Now?? I can’t remember the last time I’ve actually won an actual cash game, or gem for that matter. This is not a coincidence, either the developers are rigging the game, or people are cheating. There is no inbetween, it’s one or the other. The user interface is nice, game is pretty smooth, but again, at the price of you losing a lot of money. I am no amateur, having won games on average at 3:30 on the clock + and there are somehow people getting insane timings of 4 minutes on the clock still or higher. This happens so frequently! After looking at other reviews from other legitimate review websites, many have come to the same conclusion, that there is some rigging involved, or blatant disregard for cheating problems. The amount of 5 star reviews is also so fake it’s unreal how Apple even allows this to happen…. There is no way out of all the different websites I went to looking at reviews for this game, on average, being 1-2 stars out of 5 to this many 5 star reviews on Apple Store. Smells like incentive to me, which should NEVER be allowed. If you want a truly fair game with matchmaking that actually skills you against people of your caliber, go to solitaire cash, seriously. They actually care about their reputation as a whole, and it shows.

Withdrawal Scam!!!

I used all but $1.10 which they call bonus cash even though I played games for 5 days and won more then I put in the game but ok. The last 2 games I played, I won $11 on the first game, which I have screenshots of all this, and then on my second game I won 20. So that means that I should have $31 that can be withdrawn cause that is my winnings, not BONUS CASH! However, the Support Team has sent a message that bonus cash can not be withdrawn! Except that is my winnings which is suppose to be able to be withdrawn as per their agreement. What a scam cause I’m only getting $21. They get to keep almost 1/3 of my winning and then call it bonus cash.

Update to the response: I played a cash prize game and won $31 in cash!!! That is what I should have been able to withdraw! And I did reach out to the support team who only has said that bonus cash can’t be withdrawn as per service agreement. However, your service agreement says that cash prizes can be withdrawn and that is a complete lie. I won $31 on 2 different cash prize games and I was only allow to withdraw $21. Then your site charged me $1 processing fee and before it released to PayPal, I was charged a $.90 fee for processing so you then got $1.90 more then the $10 you got to rip me off. What a SCAM!!!

Not a fan

I really thought I was going to like this game, but the app developers made it so hard, but then again Scrambly put me on to the game so that should have told me all I needed to know right there.
1st red flag was when I went to make a deposit into the app using my Apple Pay and the app kept freezing and saying the option was unavailable…
Okkk. So I used my card( a card I’m not worried about that I keep chump change on for instances like this) However since I couldn’t use Apple Pay I sent a message to the support team and received an automated message that they will follow up in 1-3 business days. Ok I was fine with that. Then came the issues with Scrambly. So when Scrambly asked me for my receipts for proof of my in game purchases I then realized that the game had never sent me any, ANOTHER red flag. It’s 2024 what game doesn’t send you receipts of your purchases?? So now I’m annoyed, so I send yet ANOTHER message to the support team, receive the same automated message. It’s been past 3 business days and I still have not received a follow and just had to send ANOTHER message. Now it’s becoming a problem.

SOLITAIRE SMASH SCAM

I really don’t think I am as stupid as the pattern of this app/game wants me to think! So, at first you don’t invest your own money and you keep on winning! Then you want to try cash involved “tournaments “, once you deposit first funds, you keep on winning! Winning lasts couple of games just to keep you excited to keep going but not cost losses. The app then “randomly” makes you lose so much that you want to win it all back. However! You still face the same scammed pattern: win…loose. Once you decide not to deposit anymore money and use gems to play, you will never win anything! Makes you want to play for cash again… but it is the same pattern all over again just with more investments every time… I can swear the results are never based on the real players but rather a very well artificial/machine calculated moves that make la money to the game creators… in one word “SCAMMERS”.

Withdrawal policy ridiculous

Being a recent amputee I have been hospitalized and in rehabilitation for over a year, I have no utility bills in my name so was told a bank statement would work. This is after providing a front and back picture of identification and also my pay pal information. After a month of emails, I am now told that my bank statement is unsatisfactory and unacceptable. I do not know how I can be paid out on casino apps such as MGM and FanDuel but not from a solitaire site? It’s is ridiculous and I will be posting on every platform and every review board possible until I get any resolve. All because I do not have a utility bill in my name and apparently some banks are acceptable to provide a statement but some are not. I am glad to read that the game commission can be involved from the last review and will be taking these steps. These people are stealing my money!!!!!

Don’t fall for their lies - Beeare

The game seems like the real deal until you actually put cash into play. They have a promo that’s supposed to be awesome. You coax someone else into playing and putting some of their hard-earned cash into this game so you get a $10 bonus. This is nothing but a hoax a lie to get more people’s money. I fell for it and my friend played the game and put his own money into which is supposed to give me a $10 cash bonus. Well that was 3 weeks ago and over 5 messages have been sent to them and not one acknowledgment of the messages that I have sent them. My friend helped me out which in turn means my friend threw cash at the makers of this game and I got NOTHING from it.

They won’t answer any message regardless of which route you take to communicate with them. Having my friend call his financial institution to request a fraud case be opened.
