Solo: Your Gig Business App 4+

Game changer

I’ll preface this by saying that this will be a longer review. While I’m unsure if the pay guarantee will ever come into play, the fact that an app like this exists is so huge. Pay by time recently came into my area but there’s one thing it does not include: time spent driving waiting for orders while you’re away from your starting location.

I’ve been a dasher off and on since September 2020 and the one thing I’ve always complained about this app directly addresses. People that do this more than just occasionally often have to pick the orders they take because a lot of them just aren’t worth the gas let alone the time. I’m glad I don’t have to do that anymore. It’s huge for my motivation and mental health doing this job not having to decline well over half of orders and/or worrying about making enough to justify.

I hope to find a traditional job that treats me well, but this will help me a ton until that happens. As someone with a degree in chemistry, I like data driven projects. I’m glad I gave this a try when I saw it.

This is a must have companion to the gigs

Solo is fantastic. What’s more, it’s 11 pm on a Friday night and I had an issue with my screen settings on my iPhone, and these guys were emailing back and forth with me to get it resolved. Additionally, I had taken some time away from driving and when I returned recently I sent a message asking if I could have the trial period again to get me started. They didn’t miss a beat; allowed me the trial period again and also gave me credits so that I could experience the scheduling side as well. Absolutely top notch customer service and ownership of this. I am really beyond satisfied with how they treated me. It’s difficult to find great service these days, these guys go above and beyond. They’re actually your partner on the road because the response is golden if you ever need anything. Shaili and Keith, you guys are truly first class and I wish you nothing but complete success with the app.

Great App

Work in Georgia, and loved using the App while it let me. Looks like they are breaking down further regions, so it revoked my access until available in my specific town, but super excited to start using again. They talk about an extra 20 percent when driving, and that is only an average. In some cases I would get 40-50 percent more income just from linking my apps to Solo.

I also love the referral program! I would share the is app with any driver I know, but the fact that they give you $15-$20 per driver that links up, is amazing! They also give the driver an incentive as well!

Over all great app, great incentives, and love the idea! Keep it up!
