After a dozen tests the app only sent an email to my emergency contacts once when checking was overdue. Since it works once that strongly indicates the problem is the app, not the email recipients. I setup my own address as one to the emergency contacts for testing. I checked spam folder. I see no way to contact developer.

Emergency contacts are only notified when you haven't registered your status and after the grace period has expired (that's what the grace period is for, to avoid alerting your emergency contacts if nothing has happened). We're working on improvements so you can register your name and your emergency contacts will know who you are when they receive an email. But based on your review, we honestly don't understand what problem you're having with Sologuard.
