Description
Breathing is proven to reduce stress and anxiety, making it easier to relax. The Somnox sleep companion mimics breathing. By holding the Somnox you’ll physically feel the calm breathing rhythm and (unconsciously) adopt it. As soon as your breathing slows down, your mind will also calm down and you'll be wonderfully relaxed. Somnox has sensors that can detect the user’s breathing rate. Based on these measurements, Somnox adapts its breathing rhythm to yours, gradually slows down your breathing, and guides you to sleep. You will fall asleep faster, and sleep better and longer.
Somnox helps you sleep better without the need for medication. The Somnox has been proven effective in relieving stress and anxiety, thereby improving the quality of your sleep. As a result, you’ll feel well-rested in the morning and energized throughout the day!

Breathe in, breathe out: do a breathing exercise during the day or at bedtime when you need to relax – choose from one of the pre-programmed breathing exercises or create your own.
- Activate Somnox Sense
When activated the Somnox measures your breathing with sensors and automatically adjusts to slow your breathing rate.
- Soothing sounds
Choose your favorite soothing sounds: you can choose from any of the Somnox sounds, such as meditative music, nature sounds or noise.
- Stream your own music
Stream your favorite music and sounds: such as meditations, breathing exercises, podcasts or audiobooks - directly via Bluetooth.
- Receive updates for Somnox
Over-the-air updates: add new features to your Somnox by installing new updates via Wi-Fi.

Meet my sleep partner, Mr. Smith
I have had Mr. Smith for a week. He has changed my life in that time. He snuggles up to me and calms me down as he breathes, in and out, so regularly and inexorably that as I feel his breathing movements my own breath begins to sync with his. I don’t know when he turns off as I fall asleep in minutes with him in my arms. The first night felt awkward (as it might with any stranger in my bed) and it took about 20 minutes to get comfortable with my new bean shaped companion. But no sooner had I figured out how to tuck him in, I fell asleep before I had time to turn my light off. I woke up the next morning feeling great for the first time in years. I figured out the audio over the next few days, but I don’t find it essential. He needs a recharge every day or two and wears his grey pajamas over his body. He’s the best sleep companion I’ve ever had. Expensive? Certainly. Would I get one again? Absolutely, definitely YES. I’m sleeping like the proverbial baby with him by my side.
No Support
I’ve tried everything that I can to connect my Sleep Robot with the app and nothing is working. I called the customer support phone number and got a foreigner that sounded like he was in India and I couldn’t understand what he was saying. He was going to have someone in America call me back and that never happened.
