Songo.mn lets you order food from more than 100 most popular restaurants in Ulaanbaatar to your door. In addition to the amazing selection of food, Songo.mn will deliver groceries, wine and drinks, bakery items, flowers and dry cleaning.
NO-CONTACT DELIVERY
Deliveries are now left at your door by default. If a no-contact delivery is requested, the delivery person will know you want them to leave your food in a safe place and alert you when it’s ready for pickup.

* NEW user, up to 100 000MNT total order - no additional loyalty point.

* GOLD user, over 2 000 000MNT total order amount - 0.75% additional loyalty points.
* DIAMOND user, over 3 000 000MNT total order amount - 1% additional loyalty points.

Now you can pickup the order yourself and skip the lines and the unnecessary waiting at the restaurant.
SCHEDULE DELIVERIES
Advance ordering allows you to get your food when it's most convenient for you.
PLEASE TURN ON NOTIFICATION
We will notify your order’s information by remote notification. New vendors, promocodes will be shown as notification.
NO MINIMUMS
Order as little or as much as you want.
PAYMENT
Conveniently pay by mobile bank apps, qpay, cash or by a card reader.
PAY WITH YOUR BALANCE
If your prepaid order is cancelled, the money will be available through your balance. You can make another order or withdraw the funds to the bank of your choice.
RATE YOUR ORDER
You can now rate your orders and those ratings will be aggregated into the vendor ratings. Choose from the best and make an informed choice.

Outdated menu, slow and unreliable
Menus are never up to date, after placing an order they will call you back 20 mins later to tell you that the food you ordered is no longer available, and that they try to blame on the restaurants. No sense of responsibility of their service they provide, Songo should be the one communicating with their contractors (restaurants) and keep on top of what menus need updating on THEIR app instead of blaming restaurants that they didn’t inform them of changes. Be prepared to wait for your order up to 3 hours, the time they show as “delivery time” is definitely not accurate. Unreliable and rude service (admin on the phone).
Can not login anymore - always bugs
Going to try TokTok - with Songo it takes longer to get the app to work than to just go get the order yourself
