Great Overall App

App has been working great for several months now! Only recommendation I have would be a points system of some sort to allow those who spend more to get extra value back. I think some points system where a point per dollar amount is established Along with the occasional deals and freebies that are pushed into the app would be great in my opinion. But that app as is has worked great for me last several months.

I loved this app. Worked incredible for a long time for me. The last about 3 months I have uninstalled and reinstalled this app several times. Nothing is allowing me to complete my order. The app works smoothly until I submit the order. The circle just keeps going around and it says “Order time out please try again.” I thought it may be something with just iOS Apple but just a couple weeks ago I was with a buddy who has a droid and we downloaded it on his phone to try and get the half price slushes and his got to the end like mine except it kept “refreshing cart” and would never place the order. I hope a lot of people are not experiencing this as it is a wonderful app when it works. For me however it has not let me place an order for months now. Please help sonic! I love coming through. But several times I’ve went somewhere else where the app is working for me.

Comments about availability and other complaints

Dear customer such as myself,
I don’t mean to be rude or disrespectful…but in this time of not enough employees, unavailability of many items you might not even imagine, even paper products, not enough employees, and a long list of numerous other items, including condiments, milk products and items you know are unavailable even at your grocery store, I would personally request that we ALL pause for a moment and offer an extra portion of grace to those who are working long hours and dealing with these issues on an hourly basis. If one has to go to the brick and mortar store… or steel structure….to order EXACTLY what you want (special order)… then go do it.
Also when you are ordering online it’s possible your requirements for your order pass through several hands and sometimes people miss things, the sheer volume of individuals….. the servers, wait staff, cooks, cashiers and all the others I’ve missed…deal with, there must be a percentage that are incorrect. I’m just reminding you again, the supply chain is totally bizarre.
Offering kindness and grace through these times…. While that can be frustrating we are better than average because we appreciate the service we get and would certainly appreciate kindness and grace if the shoe was on the other foot…assuming it’s the right foot 😋

App is good- restaurant execution fails

The app is pretty good although I have never been able to order items such as a orange/ strawberry cream slush, and I can not specialize some items like I can’t order a pretzel with NO SALT. Other than a few items the app is pretty good however the point you press order is where all the trouble begins. It often takes a longer amount of time to receive an order ahead order than it does to order in person. Also the workers have on more than one occasion cleared the order off my stall screen so that it won’t show that it timed out… then they have gotten busy and forgotten the order completely- I usually have to call and find out why it said on my screen that it was on the way yet 10 min go by and I still have received. Then either the store is out of something or they are unable to give me what I order and they tell me they can not refund the mobile orders that I have to call someone with the app. So instead they want to bring me something else. The service at every sonic has completely gone to crap. I order the same items every time and never get it the same way twice. Sonic used to be my favorite fast food. But man how it’s gone down hill. Now I prefer to only go if I can’t find the item somewhere else. Cause I know if I go something will be messed up, missing, or I will wait 20 minutes
