This App when paired with the right IPTV service is cool, you have access to All channels, sports, and all extremely quickly if connected via Ethernet. The downside is that although good you know that it has SOO MUCH potential to be better if they just updated and added a few features. Definitely the search bar , you cant search for movies or shows you have through scroll through everything to find it and there’s a lot ( it is filtered from new to old by default I believe). There is no guide for live tv or even a whys playing now so you have to scroll through every single channel to see what’s on. (When on the channel there’s a very small channel guide not sure why this isn’t placed on the outside) . A favorites would be nice because you have to keep leaving categories if you are watching a football game and a basketball game at the same time (even a last function would work good) . There’s a lot more but it’s just missing some of the modern functions we miss dearly from our regular cable boxes. HOPE FOR A UPDATE SOON TO ADJUST MY RATING COULD EASILY BE 5 STARS.

Love the app when it works. On my iPhone it’s great because I can search for titles. But you can’t on the TV app and I use Apple tv. I have frequently had to contact support because login would just stop working. They would give me a new one right away but sometimes movies won’t load at all. They will even stop halfway through and you’ll have to restart the movie and fast forward to the spot you left off. The good news is they frequently update the movies so there is always new stuff to “watch”.

This company used to respond within one second on chat, not anymore now you have to wait a day for someone to respond and then it’s a new rep who didn’t read the previous messages so I’ve been in a cycle of not getting any answers for something I’m paying for and is not working! It’s requiring me to login every single time from every single device and it’s to the point of not functioning without becoming a huge pia! On top of this the chat will say there’s a search bar! There is no search bar!! They will tell you all kinds of things that don’t exist on their app! You’re like no I have to scroll through every single channel and they aren’t even labeled ! The shows and tv channels cannot be searched for you have to go thru a thousand scrolls to magically land on what you want you to watch! That goes for movies too! It’s definitely not being cared for and I just see more frustration as time goes on now I’m looking for something else since I can’t get any good help!
