Good app, but needs work

Honestly the idea of this app is great , there’s a few flaws which one can overlook but the one that I believe is critical for the success of it would be being able to use the email address that relays messages that the company sends to the applicant , I’m unable to reply or finish application because when I try to email back the emails get automatically denied .

Seems pretty cool so far

I just downloaded it so idk how it will work out for me but there are reviews on here saying they got jobs so I have hope

Few things -

1. it looks like it still costs one of your application credits even if they can’t source the application once you’ve swiped

2. Being able to have tabs or something to separate the applications that were successful or not would be helpful

3. Having a more structured view or ability to filter based off tech stack or language would be helpful- I’m seeing frontend jobs and my entire CV is backend

4. I’m getting tech lead and senior jobs when I filtered for mid level

5. For some reason I can search for additional job titles to add to my profile but can’t actually add them

6. Knowing how the companies are going to respond ( email - phone etc is helpful )

7. This is just a feature idea and far off from where they are at right now but once people have interviewed with companies letting people give feedback on the process in the app or a company experience rating association from Glassdoor would be cool

8. I know $15 a week is reasonable for some people especially in tech but having a smaller amount option or a payment arrangement where if we get placed for a job through the app then we pay $250 or something would be preferable

Great Potential, many errors

The vision/mission of this app is a wonderful idea, and the app itself is user friendly with the dating-style swiping. The app is quick to apply to a job for you; it auto generates every answer you need for each job application in one-click.

However, I am leaving a 2 star review because its errors are keeping it from being useful. I’ve applied to 5 jobs so far, and 4 were “failed”, meaning the app itself had a technical malfunction which didn’t let it submit those 4 job applications, and it doesn’t give me any reason why.

In addition, for the 1 job application that did successfully send, Swype auto-generated an incorrect answer. The job application asked “describe your experience with Microsoft azure” and swype auto generated a message that started the first sentence with “I am highly experience in Microsoft Azure” and finished by copy and pasting one of my job experiences it got from my resume that was entirely irrelevant to the question.
