Sorted³ has been featured by Apple as [App Of The Day], [Apps We Love Right Now] & [Get Stuff Done] in 130+ regions.

We've now rebuilt the app from the ground up to make it even easier (and more fun) to hyper-schedule your entire day from a single place.

As you start integrating Sorted³ into your daily workflow, you'll notice 3 foundational benefits:

● Unified Timeline

Sorted³ seamlessly integrates your calendar events and tasks into one timeline so you can manage your entire day from a single place. To make things even more delightful, you can take formatted notes, attachments and drawings on both your events and tasks inside the app.

● Effortless Scheduling

Sorted³ helps you easily set a schedule for your day, and decide what’s important, what can wait, and what you reasonably have time for. You can use Auto Schedule to figure out what you can realistically get done in a day. Instead of feeling underproductive, Sorted³ helps you set attainable goals that you can accomplish.

● Built-in Flexibility

Even when properly scheduled in advance, days don’t always go as planned! Sorted³ is built with that flexibility in mind to adjust to your changing schedule. It's as dynamic as your day, with smart features such as Magic Select and our signature Time Ruler to help you shift things around with a few taps.

On top of all these, there are various other functionalities to make your experience more fun and seamless across all your devices:

- New Widgets for iOS 16 & macOS Monterey
- Auto Backup
- Timeline view
- iCloud Sync
- Powerful repeat rules
- Light & Dark Themes
- Natural Language Processing
- URL Scheme
- Siri Integration
- And much more!

This is the one for me.

After trying a plethora of To-Do list apps this one has been the best for me. It's the perfect mix of easy, intuitive, complex in the right places, and aesthetically pleasing. It has mostly replaced my Notes app and Calendar app on my iphone, two apps which used to run my life. This app runs my life now. I downloaded it for my iphone, macbook, and imac but I find I mostly use it on my iphone, but it's still nice to have it on all three platforms. Every day I live by my list for the day and it feels great closing out the bubbles when I get something done. One feature I don't necessarily care for is when you do not complete a task on a given day it automatically transfers it to the next day. It's not a huge deal but sometimes it clutters up my next day with tasks that arent really relevant. Is there a way to turn this feature off? Make sure to utilize the list and tags features. I find that it encourages me to use the app more when I do add tags and lists for every task. And honestly, the more I use this app the more I feel organized, the more I feel organized the better my day is. This app truely improves my quality of life, making me more efficient and helps declutter my mind to bring more peace than I had before. To the creators of Sorted, Thank you! You have a lifetime customer.

Hello, thank you for your comment! We are very honored to receive such a high rating from you. sorted³ is also very honored to have users like you. Overdue tasks are automatically transferred to the next day, while overdue calendar events are left on the same day. We base our design on tasks and events and different attributes. If you are overdue for something and don't need Sorted³ to keep reminding you, then you can set it as an event, which applies to things that don't matter if you miss them at the time. Tasks are for things that you miss or don't do at the time, but still need to do later. If you have any future questions or suggestions, please feel free to email us by clicking "Contact Us" in Sorted³'s settings (Apple Mail app required). Thank you for your love and support of Sorted³!——Sherman

GAME CHANGER

This is superb. I feel so much more accomplished every day. I love being able to visualize my day and realistically look at my “wish of things to do” for the day and what can actually be accomplished given the time in a day. It forces me to prioritize my tasks. I have four feedback points. First, is to link your FAQ or website to the help section where you have the guides. The second is, that when you are moving things around in your schedule view, that it automatically schedules the task to the next available time. For example, if I have a task at 6 o’clock and I move something that was listed as any time and I move it to after my 6 o’clock task, it schedules it at 6 o’clock rather than whatever the next time slot available is. Third, it would be great if we could choose how to display our data on the iPad. The guides how smaller windows like widgets and I assume that is the Mac view. It would be awesome to be able to view a couple of lists at once. Lastly, autoschedule seems to leave a huge gap open in the middle of the day and put a bunch of things at the evening. It may just be a glitch for now. It’s not a big deal because I can move things back up but it defeats the purpose of autoscheduling. Overall, these items are very minor. This app is worth every penny!

Ooookay!

I finally make a go of it. I cheated on Things. I wanted to really stay in a relationship with Things, being that I left OmniFocus for her back 2 years ago. I purchase and have been using Sorted 3 for the past couple of weeks. First thing I noticed is it just makes sense. I find myself using it more for the practicality, versus the physical attraction I had with my prior relationship. Anywho, I like being able to stay on top of task and move them around so easily with the “magic select” feature. Kind of addicting. Makes you want to set up the following day, the night before. Not fluffing your pillows here.

The reason why I chose Sorted to be my new mate, is because I believe in her. Lets get the UI up a notch, and bring us into the new cool digital vibe. Don’t be offended by this, because I know you guys have put some serious hours in, but feels a little like the kitchen needs an update is all. Smooth rounded edges etc. And I beg you to make an active email integration a priority. Something missing in most, and its a bit puzzling. Who knows maybe the email client is the one that crumbles that Jenga tower, but there has to be a smoother add versus copy and paste.

Appreciate you guys, and the early courtship is promising, but keep me interested, please..

Thanks for the review and glad you are enjoying Sorted³. Let me note this down as a feature request and mark it in our improvement list. May the app and our scheduling focused approach continue to prove useful to you. Happy Scheduling! 💕 ~ Vraj
