- Practicum on training programms development;

TURBO Block (Day 92 to Day 98):
- Challenge yourself with 7 unique training routines;

- train using the Apple Watch;
- track your progress through the Health application (the app requests access to Health to obtain data on heart rate, personal parameters and training data).

This app will not make a Schwarzenegger out of you! But, IT WILL MAKE YOU SLIMMER, STRONGER, AND MORE ENERGETIC!

A phenomenal compilation of the "myth-busting" encyclopedic posts, combined with the outstanding UI, and enhanced by the videos will guide and navigate you through the 100 days of a tough journey to the NEW YOU!

Seamless backup to the iCloud, smooth transition between the devices, flawlessly reliable in-app timer, and much more!

I strongly advise to purchase the "Advanced Training Editor"! It will allow you to CUSTOMIZE THE PLAN TO THE FULLEST, and will transform the regimen into the highly personal routine!

Otherwise, it is ABSOLUTELY FREE! Your resolve to drop the fat, and gain the muscles is the only requirement!

Get stronger, smarter

The workouts continue to build throughout the 100 days. This is easy to follow (and you don’t need a gym). All the info posts help to add smarts to brawn :) The only negative for me (which turned into a funny positive) is this is translated from Russian to English and it isn’t always on target. I highly recommend this app.
