Participant in the Sound Life study to help in the study of autoimmune diseases.
This is the participant data collection app for the Sound Life Project. Participants will receive notifications about the study and their upcoming appointments and will be asked to complete a brief, weekly survey about their current health.

A new screen offering some "help" text along with a form to submit any problem reports to BRI staff. We have also made some improvements to the survey lookup that should substantially improve performance and reliability.
