Life is a sports and health APP. It integrates device-side data and can be set up through the APP. After connecting to the device through the Life application, you can:
[Manage health data] Record and manage heart rate monitoring, sleep monitoring, weight data, blood oxygen monitoring and other data
[Record Activity] Record daily steps, calories, distance, and view daily, week, month, and year data
[Record exercise] Record running, cycling, walking, mountaineering and other sports modes, and view their detailed data, including exercise trajectory, exercise heart rate, pace and other data
[Change dial] You can change your favorite dial through the online dial, and can customize it
[Set reminder] After connecting the device, you can set alarm reminders, sedentary reminders, message notification reminders, etc.
[Share Achievement] You can share your achievement data with your friends

Room for improvement.
I like the app a lot. I get that there’s is limitations on what can be done on there but I think new think should be added at least monthly. (Ex. Using lbs instead of kgs, using Fahrenheit instead of Celsius, new watch faces and more additional features). Never forget to add new features to your products.
