I have used the app multiple times and here is a list of improvements which will make this app more useful:

1. Allow an existing customer to sign in using their finger print or face recognition when using an iPhone or iPad. It is a pain to have to re-enter my email address and password each time I want to order food. Other companies allow me to login with my finger print or face recognition when using their apps.

2. Allow customers to pay for their food using Apple Wallet (using their fingerprint or face recognition). This is a huge time saver. It is a pain to have to type the credit card info. each time we want to make an order.

3. The app should remember the last location/restaurant the customer used for an order and use that location/restaurant as the default location rather than forcing the customer to find the location of the restaurant from a long list each time they make an order.

Downloaded app today, registered and placed a sandwich order. When attempting to pay using a credit card that I received a few weeks ago and have used numerous times without an issue, was told by the app it was an expired card! So thinking it was strange but what the heck I’ll try another card I use regularly. It seemed to work; I received a charge confirmation on my iPhone and then looked at the app for estimated completion time only to have it say the order wasn’t received! But my card was charged! I tried calling the store, no answer. I drive to the location and they say we didn’t get an order from you. So I pay to have the order remade. Then have to call the credit card company to deal with the charge. Do yourself a favor; either order without the app or go to another restaurant! You’re welcome, I just saved you tons of time and frustration. Get your act together Sourdough! I’ll use apps that do work; they’re your competition!

You need to revise the app to take advantage of the iPhone face recognition capability. I don’t want to, and won’t, use the app to order when I’m driving and want to order if I have to pull off the side of the road to key in my email address and password. Other than that we LOVE Sourdough and Co.
