The app compared to the old one is not user friendly at all!! I got locked out initially had to go on hold for 15 minutes just to get back into my account when I tried to login myself so my credentials were invalid and weren’t working. After finally managing to get into the app, Face ID can be used to login but even with Face ID I’m still required to put in my password defeating the whole purpose of setting up Face ID. there’s no quick view to see your balance at a glance without having to login. The set up of the app is confusing and not user-friendly transactions take forever to process to see the actual balance of your accounts. and when I tried depositing money into an account, the available balance was wrong after taking 3 days to process resulting me having to call the bank to fix the issue. Overall this was a terrible transition on numerous levels.

This app was NEVER properly tested with real customers because if it was it wouldnt have been rolled out in this broken state. This app never recognizes the back endorsement when it is clearly STAMPED IN BLACK INK. The app keeps asking to retake the photo of the back of check. So this mobile app is no good as i now have to drive to the bank for every client check deposit.

Can’t log in. Says “too many failed logins” on very first attempt. Can’t change PW. Neither the mobile app nor the browser is working. I online banked with you guys for years and never had a problem until now. I’ve been on hold for 35 minutes already trying to get someone to fix this. This is crazy. You should be embarrassed.

Initial login issues were painful but once rectified seeing same day activity in my history and having alerts for balances and transactions is a definite upgrade from the previous app.
