I like it!

It’ll take some time to get used to but I have no complaints other than is it possible to get a dark mode update like with the previous mobile banking app

Thank you for taking time to write a review. We will pass your feedback along to our development team. Though Dark Mode is not currently available, you can change the view to a similar high contrast mode within the app. To enable this feature: select Menu then Preferences, and tap Accessibility.

Can’t use bill pay function

The bill pay function always returns an internal error message. Phone support first told me the app couldn’t be used on my apple 6s phone. After rereading the specs in the App Store, I found this wasn’t true. I was then told that the bill pay function was down but my phone was compatible. The function still doesn’t work after 24 hours and there isn’t an update. What good is mobile banking app that can’t pay bills. Long time customer but I’m now extremely frustrated. Need this function and if it doesn’t work I’ll have to switch banks over something every app except this can do.

Update: after two hours on phone with tech support the problem was attributed to a data load error to the new system. I hesitate to change the rating pending using more app functions over time. Sounds like the tech support was one star, not necessarily the app. Time will tell.

Senselessly over-engineered

First, as other reviews stated, I’m not sure why every banking customer is being required to create a new password for this new app. It makes me wonder if there was a major security flaw in the other app/infrastructure that the company is not disclosing to the public.
Second, searching for documents is gate checked by 4 fields - account then type of statement then date range start then date range end. Just show me all my documents! If I don’t know exactly what’s there then I would never find it with this system.
Last, the slide right anywhere to pull out the menu is annoying and too sensitive. That’s all.
