This app has failed me countless of times. I have deposited several checks through the app and the transaction is not posted. Thank goodness I did not dispose of the checks. I had to make the deposit in person. I have also attempted to make money transfers and the app says that it went through OK yet the transfer was not reflected on my account. This happened more than eight times on different days. I want a reliable app that I don’t need to “monitor”. I don’t want to worry whether transactions are posted properly or not. I have mentioned it to the Stfcu but I don’t think anyone is listening.
