Neither the application nor the website are accessible to the blind. I have contacted the company about this and they are not getting back to me either.

Both the app and website are a pain. I don't write reviews for apps too often, but really, this is an ADA violation. Please do something about it.
Bad app
This app needs some tune ups. I can’t make a ride in this app. I really hate it.. y’all gonna do better
