My favorite mobile bank
I've been using space for more than 2 years already and I LOVE it. The only thing I would add is different currencies but they told me they're already working on it, so I'm waiting patiently ✨
Confused
I wanted to try space and see how I liked it. I’ve had sooo many apps that helped me budget and have an account with. But i hated how I had to do much updates, and lose my log in. Canceled my accounts and closed 80 percent of my banks. I wanted something that will work, stay on top, easy to use, and have an account to have my direct deposits come through and ACTUALLY KEEP MY ACCOUNT!!! but... it’s in Georgian... how do I change settings to English? I’m in the USA and would LOOOOVE to try this app. I’ve had so many tell me is amazing and they adore using it!!! if I can change it to English I was TOTALLY TRY IT!!!!

Hello from Space! We are sorry but currently our app is only available in Georgian and for citizens of Georgia. But we are working on it and hope that soon you'll be able to enjoy our digital banking service in English🙂
Frustrating experience
I had an unpleasant experience with the app and was restricted from continuing after a few unsuccessful attempts to register.
1. license agreement text was loading for a long time, and I had to wait for it to load before I could continue.
2. ID card recognition was extremely difficult, I had to try multiple times before it was recognized.
3. Face verification: After the ID card was recognized, I was asked to take a picture of my face. after a certain number of unsuccessful attempts, the app prevented me to continue until the next day.
Tried with the different phones, lighting/angles/distances, and different facial expressions, but I was not able to complete the registration process.
These types of problems can be frustrating and inconvenient, especially if the app is advertised to provide quick and easy access to money.
